Typographical and Pricing Errors

Courier
Goods are sent either via standard parcel post via The Royal Mail and typically takes 3 days or Parcel Force 48 with the exception of orders paid by cheque, which will require up to 5 working days to clear. If paying by cash, all cash must be sent by 'Special Delivery'.

Delivery
Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and Proteins Direct Ltd shall not be liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by Proteins Direct Ltd.

Cash on delivery
Proteins Direct Ltd does not operate a cash on delivery system.

Returns, refusal or change of mind surcharge
If orders are returned to Proteins Direct Ltd for any of the above reasons, a £5 surcharge will become payable plus where applicable postage & packaging costs to re-send the goods. The surcharges are in place to cover the costs of re-stocking, handling & administration and will not be waived under any circumstances.

Refunds
Postage and packing costs are not refundable.

Claims
Proteins Direct Ltd uses an insured postal service by The Royal Mail. Any missing or damaged items are investigated fully and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All claims MUST be made in writing. Please note that in all instances where fraud has been committed, Proteins Direct Ltd will prosecute.

Title of goods
All goods remain the property of Proteins Direct Ltd until all payment has been received.

Governing Law
Recovery of unpaid goods will be in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
