PDL's optimum protein available in 8 fantastic flavours delivers 35g of high quality protein derived solely from whey protein isolate. Designed to improve recovery after exercise by efficient protein absorption promoting muscle growth and repair thereby helping to increase lean body mass whilst decreasing body fat.

Our proteins are produced by cross flow micro-filtration and ultra-filtration. They are undernatured proteins that maintains all the protein fractions in their proper proportions, with a minimum protein ratio of 92%. Our whey protein isolate is high in the branch chain amino acids - isoleucine, leucine and valine which are crucial for recovery, immune boosting, and most importantly promoting maximum lean muscle mass and strength.

Whey protein isolate, cocoa powder (chocolate & chocolate orange) flavouring: either strawberry, chocolate, banana, raspberry, orange, lemon, vanilla depending on the flavour displayed on each tub, citric acid (lemon, orange, raspberry, strawberry), sweetener (sucralose).

Recommended use
Use as a post work out recovery product or food supplement. Use a PDL shaker to mix one scoop or 39g (41g for Chocolate) with 200 ml water or fresh milk.
