Question:
When making a payment via Paypal, I continually
get the timed out message or it says you cannot access Paypal because
your browser does not currently support cookies - what is causing
this ?
Answer: This is a result of your cookie settings. In Internet Explorer-tools-internet
options, click on the privacy tab and set the privacy setting to
low, you can now purchase goods without any further problems. |

Question:
The Paypal site sometimes fails to respond when I attempt to make
a payment ?
Answer: The paypal site sometimes experience problems which are
out of our control, when this occurs you can either try again
later or choose the option to pay by Nochex when selecting the
payment option in the PDL shop, you will then receive an automated
order confirmation detailing your order in full.

Question:
Once I have completed the Paypal transaction,
do I need to return to the PDL web-site ?
Answer: Yes, This should happen automatically, if it does not, then
press "continue". You will then return to the PDL website
which logs your order within our database triggering an automated
order confirmation detailing your order in full. |

Can I make payment over the phone ?
Answer: To keep operational costs down we have strategically opted
to make all financial transactions by secure electronic means or
alternatively you can make payment by cheque. |
